Анотація

У статті проведено аналіз сучасних світових тенденції управлінні персоналом, серед яких охарактеризовано таки з них, як альтернативна зайнятість, відмова від функціональної ієрархії, дієве співробітництво через поєднання зусиль керівництва та підлеглих для швидкого розв’язання поточних і майбутніх проблем, гуманізація бізнес-процесів, новий формат системи винагород, професійне навчання та розвиток, цифрові технології в системі управління персоналом. Визначено загрози та стримуючи фактори, запропоновано підходи прискорення прийняття трендів в практику управління персоналом компаній.
