Формування ефективного механізму фінансового забезпечення є основою для успішного функціонування територіальних громад та фінансової спроможності органів місцевого самоврядування в цілому. У статті проведено аналіз та оцінку структури забезпечення територіальних громад фінансовими ресурсами, а також досліджено особливості їх розподілу та використання в умовах децентралізаційної реформи. Це дало змогу виокремити наявні проблеми в системі наповнення бюджетів громад та сформувати рекомендації щодо удосконалення їх залучення.Посилання
