У статті досліджено нові виклики житлової політики Латвії в умовах COVID-19. Розглянуто особливості проведення житлової політики деяких країн Європи, кожна з яких має власні передумови і будує власну модель житлової системи. Поглиблено досліджені особливості житлової політики Скандинавських країн. Визначено антикризові заходи країн світу з підтримки сталого функціонування ринку житла. Виявлено основні інструменти житлової політики Латвії. Виділено пріоритетні напрямки житлової стратегії Латвії в умовах COVID-19.
