Розвиток програмного забезпечення як технічної складової організації бухгалтерського обліку в ломбардах

В статті деталізовані вимоги до програмного забезпечення ломбардів, що повинні корелювати як з нормативним вимогам, так і забезпечувати інформаційні потреби внутрішніх користувачів. Відповідно до визначених вимог, надано оцінку сучасним програмним продуктам і сервісам, призначеним для ведення бухгалтерського обліку діяльності ломбардів, та відзначено їх «неповноцінність» в реалізації процесу звітування. Виокремлено системи забезпечення подання електронної звітності та обміну електронними документами, які можуть бути інтегровані з існуючими програмними продуктами і сервісами ломбардів. Обґрунтовано та деталізовано критерії оптимального вибору програмного забезпечення ломбардів, конкретизація яких повинна здійснюватися кожною установою самостійно та враховувати реципрокність технічних пристроїв та програмного забезпечень.
