State Regulation of Bad Loans of Ukrainian Banks in the Modern Conditions

The article deals with the current state and causes of banking bad loans in Ukraine and in the world. The role of the state in the process of regulation of banking bad loans in Ukraine, Europe and post-Soviet countries is investigated. The author examines the Ukrainian experience of normative regulation of bad loans and the level of its harmonization with the European standards. In view of the foreign experience, recommendations to accelerate the process of reducing the level of banking bad loans under current Ukrainian realities are given.Посилання
